Recruit
You tell us what you want. Most firms opt for staff with 1-5 years of experience. We then go about hunting for the right person. We interview and assess referrals from existing staff, as well as using online recruitment websites. Candidates are then put through a rigorous process so only the best remain at the end.
Facilities
Your team works in a modern, high-security building in Manila. Your staff sit together as a team, and as part of the larger team in a positive, productive environment. There are multiple redundant internet connections and new computer systems for each employee.
Co-Training
We would recommend you set aside some time during the initial first couple of days, to provide training for your new staff member.
Management
The task of managing staff workflow and tasks rests with you, just like any other employee. However, we are your eyes and ears on the ground in the Philippines. Your staff are also monitored by us to ensure they are at their desks and working. All Filipino HR and employee issues are handled by us.
